At our core is Luke Leslie. Following his ambitious debut remaking Jurassic Park in his grand-mother’s rose bushes at the age of six, Luke founded Buckled Cranium in 2003 and graduated from the Irish National Film School with a feature-length comedy made for a modest budget of €200. Fascinated by all things history, arts, and technology Luke has a ceaseless passion for cinema and has developed from an aspiring Irish film-maker to a multi-skilled Creative Director.
From live performances of Groove Armada, LTJ Bukem, and Vitalic, to interviews with Marc Almond and Gavin Friday. We’ve collaborated with world class creatives Kevin Godley, Brian Masterson, and Lance Hogan and produced content featuring iconic international musicians. Highlights include Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones in the WholeWorldBand iOs App and Sheer Heart Attack and the Talenthouse.com competition winning music video produced for the Legendary rock group Queen.
Our films have screened at Irish festivals including Dublin, Cork, and Galway, and international showcases in Edinburgh, Berlin, New York and Los Angeles.
We enjoy an enduring collaboration with leading Irish exhibition design firm Martello Media, and have produced audio visual content for several of their prestigious international visitor experiences including The Irish Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010, The Museum of Biblical Art in New York City, The National Library of Ireland and the Irish Whiskey Museum in Dublin.
